Clark House – Collinwood

Contractor W. E. Brown built this one-story residence for Dr. William C. Clark, a dentist, and his wife, Flossie Elizabeth, in 1937. Compositional elements of an arcaded entry porch and asymmetrical cross gables combine with rough polychrome sandstone veneer to successfully revive the image of a period European cottage.

Rappich House – El Campo

Eugene Sergi, a contractor and stonemason (3423-25 W. 4th Street), purchased several West Side lots in 1928 and 1935. Sergi sold this Queensborough Addition parcel to Maggie and Dominic P. 3609 Harley AVE – Harley

This wood- framed cottage is composed of a hip-roofed block with a front projecting, gabled bay. The house exhibits a full front porch supported by four Tuscan columns. The structure was moved to the site in 1952.
