This wood-framed, L-plan house features a semicircular entry porch between the wings. Original turned posts and jigsawn brackets remain on this fine example of the vernacular house type. The first tenant was Mrs. Mary B. Wells in 1911; the house served for many years as a rental dwelling. 127
