This one-story house has a central hipped, steeply pitched roof intersected by front and side gabled bays. A hipped roof porch projects forward adjacent to the front bay. Tax records indicate that the house was built about 1905. John M. and Rosa R. Kinderdine built the house, apparently as a rental property. Mrs. Kinderdine sold the house in 1944.
