This two-story apartment building contains four units. Prairie Style in inspiration, it has an overhanging flat roof and a band of casement windows along the front. Built c. 1919, it is one of a group of early, well-designed apartment buildings in the Southside. With further documentation, particularly the identity of the architect, the building may be eligible for the National Register. This resource has been demolished.
