Tax records indicate that this simple shotgun style house was constructed in 1922. It does not appear on the 1926 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map but the 1950 Sanborn Map indicates that it was behind a dry cleaning business at that time. The front gabled house has a shed-roofed porch supported by nonoriginal decorative metal columns. It is in poor condition.
