1619 Grand AVE – Grand

This one and one-half story, rectangular plan house is set parallel to the street and takes advantage of the prospect to the west; a sloping gable roof covers the full entry porch. Aloysius G. Donovan, a manager for Southwestern Mechanical Co., was the first tenant of the wood-frame rental house in 1907. It is a contributor to the proposed Grand Avenue National Register Historic District.
