3862 Washburn AVE – Washburn

The distinctive feature of this small, rectangular plan dwelling is its rubblestone veneer with highlights of petrified wood and sandstone. The one-story bungalow exhibits an offset stone chimney and entry; an attached stone arch leads to the side entry. James Earl, who worked for the W. C. Striping Co., is thought to have built the house, apparently as a rental property.
