Grammer-Martin House – Elizabeth

This house was built in 1926 by Clarence Epperly for John F. Grammer, a dentist. It has been owned since 1948 by the Martin family. The two-story brick veneer house has a hipped roof, full front terrace and an arched portico supported by Tuscan columns. The Grammer-Martin House is no longer owned by a member of the Martin family. It is a contributing resource in the Elizabeth Boulevard Historic District (local and national).
