J. D. Little, a manager of North Fort Worth Ice Co., had anew house constructed in 1933 to replace an earlier residence at the site. W. I. Craig was the contractor for the project. The dark brick and stone veneer house has a number of steeply pitched intersecting gables and dormers to provide a Tudor Revival feeling. Overall, the house is a handsome, picturesque composition.
