Lupton-Goldthwaite House – Medford

This two-story sandstone veneer residence was one of a number of speculative houses built by Dr. M. J. Bisco in the Southside in the 1920s. It was built and sold in 1927. The purchaser was C. A. Lupton, owner of the Coca-Cola Bottling Co. plant in Fort Worth. The Goldthwaite family has occupied the house since 1943. The Goldthwaite family owned the house until 2005. Aniella Goldthwaite was a nationally known golfer during the 1940s.
