This one-story reinforced concrete commercial building exhibits Moderne detailing on the piers and parapet of the storefront. Built in 1940 by Safeway Stores, Inc., it served as Store No. 332 until 1950, when Safeway sold the property. It has housed a variety of businesses since that time. The front windows have been covered up since the original survey.
