PRESERVATION PROJECT AWARD recognizes excellence in the restoration, rehabilitation, or adaptive reuse of historic commercial buildings or sites.
RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION AWARD honors homeowners who have sensitively restored residential properties for their own private use.
GREAT STEWARD AWARD recognizes property owners who demonstrate long-term commitment to the preservation of a historic property through careful maintenance, restoration, or/or rehabilitation.
PRESERVATION ACHIEVEMENT AWARD honors individuals, groups, or organizations that have made significant contributions to the preservation of Fort Worth’s historic resources.

All project nominations will be evaluated based on the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Criteria include, but are not limited to: sensitivity to the historic integrity of the property, historic features, craftsmanship and project impact on Fort Worth. Award nominees and winners will be notified prior to the public presentation of the Preservation Awards, to be held at 5:30 p.m. on October 16, 2025 at The Woman’s Club of, 1316 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
