Tour this landmark that was restored by Phoenix 1 Restoration and Construction, Ltd.,
when CEO Dale Sellers responded to an e-blast HFW sent about its upcoming demolition.
The Meissner-Brown Building was built in 1937 in the Spanish Eclectic Style.
It was designated a city Landmark in 1991, placed on HFW’s endangered list in 2015,
and featured in the History Channel show, Lone Star Restoration with Brent Hull in 2016.
