1233 Lincoln AVE – Lincoln

City Directories indicate that Rufus 0. Phillips, a grocery clerk who later became superintendent of Oakwood and Mount Olivet Cemeteries, resided in this wood-framed house from 1900 to 1907. A centered gabled wing projects forward from the transverse gabled mass; original porch posts and decorative shingles remain.
