This one-story commercial block has a stepped false front gable and a full shed-roofed porch. The building was originally the office and home of Charles H. and Ella M. Meyers. Mr. Meyers was a gardener. In 1946, the building was purchase William Colovos, a grocer, who operated a grocery store here through the 1950s.
