Diehl House – Curzon

Etna Nadine Diehl purchased this lot in the new Ridglea addition in 1932; construction of the house probably occurred quickly, as she was listed as residing here with her husband, Arthur A. Diehl, the same year. The one-story house features steeply pitched cross gables clad in slate; polychrome sandstone veneer and half-timbered stucco cladding give the effect of a Tudor period cottage
