House – 1910 – Denver

This one-story, wood-frame house is a variation of a common folk plan, a pyramidally-roofed block with a gabled bay flanked by a recessed corner porch. Listed as the residence of Dr. Benjamin C. Morgan in 1912-13, the property was purchases in 1924 by Robert M. Polk, a furnace charger with Texas Steel Co. The property remains in the Polk family.
