This one-story wood-framed house has a rectangular plan with a hipped roof and full hipped porch supported by corbelled brick piers. A gabled portico projects over the entry. The house is clad in white clapboard, with a band of green-painted shingles beneath the eaves. Built c. 1908, it has had a number of owners and tenants. This house is a contributing resource in the Fairmount-Southside Historic District (local and national).
