Miller House – Ross

Monroe Miller, employed at Swift & Co., purchased this lot in 1923; construction of his family residence occurred soon after. Although the appearance of the Bungalow style house suggests a duplex, directory listings seem to indicate that it has always been a single family residence. A H-plan in composition, bracketed and gabled porticos highlight each end of the front transverse gabled mass.
