Miller House – Thomas

Thomas A. Miller acquired this Crestmount Addition property in 1920, and resided at this address from 1924 to about 1939. Miller was vice-president of American National Petroleum Co. and later went into real estate investments. The two-story house is veneered in red brick and has a hip roof clad in red tile. The symmetrical, Colonial Revival elevation sports a gabled portico with Tuscan columns and pilasters; a loggia on the south is supported by Tuscan columns as well. The Miller house is in fine, original condition.
