Texas & Pacific Railroad Bridge – Vickery

This bridge for the Texas and Pacific Railroad was constructed in 1927 by Virginia Bridge and Iron Co. of Roanoke, Virginia. The steel through truss span is supported by reinforced concrete piers and approaches. The bridge appears to qualify for listing in the proposed Railroad Structures National Register Thematic Group.
