Your list of 10–20 recipients of an invitation to the Party with the Artists is due. Click here to enter your guest info online, or complete and return the Excel spreadsheet template.
July 10
Each artist may promote one piece of artwork in the printed catalog. You may choose either your “Stories of the City” piece or a work from the general exhibition.
- If promoting your “Stories of the City” piece, you may include up to 100 words of descriptive text.
- All other catalog entries will include only the title, artist, medium, and an image.

Party with the Artists
Arrive no later than 5:00 PM. Participating artists receive a complimentary invitation. One guest may attend at a reduced rate of $75; additional tickets are $175 (member rate).

Show Opens: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, September 5
Gallery open to the public. Hours to be announced.
Sunday, September 6 (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Artwork Pickup
If you cannot pick up your work, you may send someone else. Please notify us in advance.

Exhibit Categories
(Submitted art must be new work.)
Primary Category: All works must fit within a 3’ x 6’ space (including frame). The committee reserves the right to remove works if space is too crowded.
Stories from the City© Category (Optional): One additional work with a preservation theme. Must include up to 100 words of narrative text (due July 1).
Framing Requirements:
- Work must be neatly presented (gallery wrap or appropriate frame).
- Must be ready to hang with wire or D-rings.
- Damaged or weak glass/frames will not be accepted.
- Committee decisions on presentation are final.
Pricing: Minimum acquisition price is $125 per painting. Example: If priced at $125, the artist receives $81.25 and $43.75 is a charitable contribution to HFW.
