This two-story wood-framed structure is clad in narrow horizontal siding. It has a rectangular plan, hipped roof and full two-story front portico. The George Kurucar family resided here, operating a grocery on the ground floor. The building is a strong contributor to the character of its neighborhood. The Kurucar House and Store has been demolished.
