This house was the residence of Lawrence C. Sharpe, a foreman carpenter for the North Fort Worth Townsite Co., from 1902 to 1910. Two gabled bays project from the hip-roofed mass; between these, an eccentric gabled portico sports decorative barge- boards. The house has replacement windows and possible additions.
