H. and Ida Lenmark purchased this site in 1904 and constructed their residence in early 1905. From 1907 on, the house was rented to tenants. The simple, wood-frame house features a three-sided gabled bay projecting forward from a central hipped block; a half porch with Tuscan columns flanks the bay.
